Production Lead Time

- HT300 cast iron welding tables: Long casting cycle; typical overall lead time is 25-35 days.
- Extra-large custom sizes (>3000 mm): Lead time to be assessed separately.
Important Considerations
- The platform can only reduce welding deformation; it cannot counteract the shrinkage and distortion caused by the workpiece's inherent welding stresses. Allowances for welding shrinkage must still be factored into the process.
- Whether made of steel or cast iron, the welding table will suffer a permanent loss of precision if subjected to prolonged extreme heat, overloading, or severe impact.
- Higher precision grades entail stricter requirements for transport and handling; reinforced wooden-frame packaging is mandatory.

- Protective blankets applied to the tabletop surface; plastic dust plugs installed in all threaded and locating holes
